Quality Control Verification
Before shipment, each watch undergoes a quality control inspection. Customers will receive quality control photos and/or videos for approval before the item is shipped.
Once QC approval has been provided, minor cosmetic variations, lighting differences, or expectations not reflected in the approved QC materials may not qualify for a refund or return.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or returns will not be granted for:
- Change of mind after shipment.
- Incorrect orders placed by the customer.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper handling, or unauthorized repairs.
- Delays caused by customs clearance, shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
